Type & delivery time available

After confirmation of payment for your order, processing and shipping generally takes place within 24-48 hours from our warehouse (except in cases of unforeseen stock shortages, sales in the meantime, and holiday periods of suppliers or manufacturers, as well as any other case of force majeure: strikes, bad weather, etc.).

However, some products may take longer than 3 days to ship. Please check the delivery time on each product page. The time indicated on the product page corresponds to the preparation time, to which you must add the carrier's delivery time. The longer of these two times should be considered for shipping. Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed .

In the event that the ordered product is unavailable, particularly due to our suppliers, the consumer will be notified as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel their order.

The consumer will then have the choice of requesting either a refund, if applicable, of the sums paid within 30 days of payment, or an exchange for a product of equivalent characteristics and price, provided TITANIUM SERVICES is able to obtain it.
If an exchange is not possible, TITANIUM SERVICES reserves the right to cancel the customer's order and refund the sums paid.

Product availability information is provided by our suppliers; therefore, product unavailability cannot be attributed to TITANIUM SERVICES nor entitle the customer to any damages.

Our delivery service is provided by various providers (Relais Colis, Chronopost, Colissimo, DHL, FedEX, UPS, etc.). 

For Metropolitan France : La Poste service (or carrier for items not accepted by La Poste) – Transport time announced by the carrier: 48 working hours.

For the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM): La Poste DOMTOM service (or carrier for items not accepted by La Poste) – Transport time announced by the carrier: 5 to 8 working days.

For the European Union : Colissimo European Union (La Poste) or carrier for items not accepted by La Poste – Transport time announced by the carrier: 3 to 5 working days.

Rest of the World : Colissimo International Eco (La Poste) or a carrier for items not accepted by La Poste – Estimated delivery time as stated by the carrier: 7 to 10 business days.
Please note that we do not ship worldwide; some countries are excluded, particularly for insurance reasons.

Under no circumstances can delivery times be guaranteed.

Without prejudice to any action to be taken against the carrier, any claims regarding apparent defects or non-conformity of the delivered product with the ordered product or the shipping document must be made in writing within seven days of the date of receipt of the goods by the customer.
The customer shall be responsible for providing all necessary evidence to substantiate any defects or anomalies observed.
The customer must allow us every opportunity to inspect any defects so that we can remedy them.
The customer shall refrain from any internal technical intervention on the equipment in question; this clause applies equally to any third party, even if authorized by the customer.

If you are not home, a delivery notice will inform you that your package is available at your post office (except for couriers).

If your order is delayed by more than seven (7) days, you may request cancellation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, in accordance with Article L121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code . The order cancellation will become effective upon receipt of the letter , provided you have not received your package in the meantime. If the package arrives before then, the contract remains valid.

In the event of order cancellation, we undertake to refund you the full amount paid (including delivery charges) within 30 days. If we fail to do so within this timeframe, you may claim interest at the prevailing legal rate (article L121-20-1) .

Regarding reimbursement, it can only be made by check, bank transfer, or vouchers with your agreement  (article L121-20-1).
