TITANIUM SERVICES sells titanium fasteners (various types of titanium screws are available), threaded rods , titanium nuts , , titanium bars titanium flats , titanium tubes , titanium fittings , titanium sheets , titanium strips , titanium wire , and more.
TITANIUM SERVICES also manufactures custom titanium parts. Our design office can reproduce and improve your parts as needed.
You can also view our titanium projects (with our clients' permission). We have also produced titanium fastener kits for various motorcycle brands .

Please note : the minimum order amount on the TITANIUM SERVICES is €30 (shipping costs and discount coupon included).
For companies with an account, payment for any order under €200 excluding VAT must be made at the time of ordering. Above this amount, payment terms are 30 days net.
Secure payment by credit card
This service accepts all major credit cards (except American Express). It is provided by the French bank CREDIT MUTUEL through their secure transaction tool CYBERMUT, using SSL encryption.
Paying by card expedites your order processing. The card amount is validated upon shipment of your order and/or within a maximum of 3 days.
Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards are accepted. TITANIUM SERVICES does not have access to your banking information at any time.

Delivery
Type & delivery time available
After your order has been processed, shipping usually takes place within 48 hours from our warehouse (except in cases of unforeseen stock shortages from suppliers, which is exceptional, and during supplier or manufacturer holiday periods, as well as any other case of force majeure: strikes, bad weather, etc.).
However, some products may take longer than 3 days to ship. Please check the delivery time on each product page. The delivery time indicated on the product page corresponds to the preparation time, to which you must add the carrier's delivery time. The longer of these two times should be considered when calculating shipping times.
In the event that the ordered product is unavailable, particularly due to our suppliers, the consumer will be notified as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel their order.
The consumer will then have the choice of requesting either a refund, if applicable, of the sums paid within 30 days of payment, or an exchange for a product of equivalent characteristics and price, provided TITANIUM SERVICES is able to obtain it. If
an exchange is not possible, TITANIUM SERVICES reserves the right to cancel the customer's order and refund the sums paid.
As product availability information is provided by our suppliers, product unavailability shall not render TITANIUM SERVICES liable nor entitle the customer to damages.
Our delivery service is provided by Colissimo tracked service (La Poste) , except for large items which are not accepted by La Poste. Your parcel will be delivered by your postman. All parcels destined for other countries are sent via La Poste priority service (delivery times vary and are beyond our company's control).
For Metropolitan France : La Poste service (or courier for items not accepted by La Poste) – Estimated delivery time as stated by the courier: 48 business hours.
For French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM): La Poste DOMTOM service (or courier for items not accepted by La Poste) – Estimated delivery time as stated by the courier: 5 to 8 business days.
For the European Union : Colissimo European Union (La Poste) or carrier for items not accepted by La Poste – Transport time announced by the carrier: 3 to 5 working days.
Rest of the World : Colissimo International Eco (La Poste) or a carrier for items not accepted by La Poste – Estimated delivery time as stated by the carrier: 7 to 10 business days.
Please note that we do not ship worldwide; some countries are excluded, particularly for insurance reasons. Reminder: goods travel at the buyer's risk. Upon receiving your order: Unpack and systematically check the condition of the packages in the presence of the delivery person. At the time of delivery, you will sign a delivery receipt. In case of a problem, such as a damaged package, you may refuse delivery. We advise you to refuse any open or damaged package and notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
Without prejudice to any action to be taken against the carrier, any claims regarding apparent defects or non-conformity of the delivered product with the ordered product or the shipping document must be made in writing within seven days of the date of receipt of the goods by the customer.
The customer shall be responsible for providing all necessary evidence to substantiate any defects or anomalies observed.
The customer must allow us every opportunity to inspect any defects so that we can remedy them.
The customer shall refrain from any internal technical intervention on the equipment in question; this clause applies equally to any third party, even if authorized by the customer.
If you are not home, a delivery notice will inform you that your package is available at your post office (except for couriers).
If your order is delayed by more than seven days, you may request cancellation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, in accordance with Article L121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code . The order cancellation will become effective upon receipt of the letter , provided you have not received your package in the meantime. If the package arrives before then, the contract remains valid.
In the event of order cancellation, we undertake to refund you the full amount paid (including delivery charges) within 30 days. If we fail to do so within this timeframe, you may claim interest at the prevailing legal rate (article L121-20-1) .
Regarding reimbursement, it can only be made by check or bank transfer or in vouchers with your agreement (article L121-20-1) .
Right of withdrawal and returns
According to Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 clear days from the receipt of the goods or from the conclusion of the contract for services, excluding custom-made parts (see below).
1- You must notify us of your intention to return a product by email :
In this email, please indicate whether it is for a question of right of withdrawal or non-conformity .
2- Return shipping costs and return method:
• If the reason for the return is a product defect , the return shipping costs are fully covered by TITANIUM SERVICES .
A prepaid return label will be sent to you.
• If the reason for the return is related to exercising your right of withdrawal , the return shipping costs and the choice of carrier remain your responsibility.
Please note that for returns, your package must have a tracking number.
In both cases, the package must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving our response to your return request.
After this period, TITANIUM SERVICES reserves the right to refuse the return.
Please note that for returns, your package cannot be dropped off at a collection point.
3- Prepare your return package:
• The package must be returned to us in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
• Place the product(s) inside the package and check the accuracy of the information entered on your Return Form.
• Place this in the package

In case of non-conformity, stick the prepaid label on your package (provided with the return slip) and drop it off at the Post Office near you.
4- Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
• For custom-made parts and cuts, the customer acknowledges that the service they are subscribing to corresponds to a clearly personalized product.
Consequently, and in accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-21-8, 3°, they cannot exercise their right of withdrawal.
• In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, you do not have a right of withdrawal concerning these goods, which are expressly excluded by law.
• Regarding these goods, the cancellation terms are also not subject to a legal obligation.
Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed for 1 year for normal use and within the limits of the technical characteristics of the material.
