Returns and Refunds Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of merchandise cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made product(s)
  • Downloadable product(s)
  • Special order product(s)

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase before contacting us. We will then provide you with the complete return procedure.

In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a maximum of 14 days.

Late or missing reimbursements

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before the refund is credited.

Sale items

Only items at "normal" price are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us (subject: "Returns and Exchanges") and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Return shipping costs and the choice of carrier are your responsibility (unless the error is ours).
We strongly advise you to return the item with tracking to avoid any disputes.
If the package is lost or damaged and is not tracked, no refund will be possible.
We can arrange shipping for you, but this service will be charged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
