Answers to frequently asked questions about shopping
Orders and Shipments
Generally, for any order placed before noon, it will be shipped to you the same day (in 90% of cases)... provided that the payment is validated on our end.
Depending on the time of year (Christmas period and July/August) your order can be shipped within 48 hours max. after receipt of the order and validation of your payment.
Of course, for pre-ordered products, you will have to wait for manufacturing lead times, which are 2-3 weeks for finished products (titanium bars, titanium sheets, titanium tubes, titanium wire, etc.) and 5-7 weeks for titanium screws.
Your products will be shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving them from our suppliers.
Creating an account is a good thing because you will be able to find your orders, your favorite products…
There are two ways to create an account:
1- Click on the "My Account" button in the banner at the top of the page or in the footer
2- Once your order is placed, you will receive an email inviting you to create an account
You need to access your account by clicking on "My Account" then "Addresses".
At each stage of your order's progress, you will receive an email… so keep a close eye on your inbox (and your spam folder if you don't receive a message)!
When your order is shipped, you will even receive a package tracking link (active the following day).
No! We do not store any of your bank card information, for security reasons. Our payment processor, which handles credit card transactions, takes every precaution to ensure their security.
Yes… in the following cases:
- Are you a company/individual based in France?
- An individual based in the European Union and the rest of the world.
- A company from the European Union, if you do not provide your intra-community VAT number.
We deliver to all countries except:
- Canada and the USA, the Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda,
- Russia and Belarus
- The Cayman Islands, Marshall Islands, Minor Islands, Norfolk Island, Virgin Islands
- Afghanistan, Belarus, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Lebanon, Russia, Venezuela, Yemen, Uganda
If we can, yes.
We ship in multiple packages when the size is completely different.
If you need to exchange/return an item
Returns and Exchanges
Firstly, we are doubling the legal exchange/return period, from 14 to 30 days.
Exchanges/returns can only be made if the products have not been used and they must be returned to us in the original packaging or equivalent.
Regarding return shipping costs:
- There is an error in the order we sent you; this is our fault. Return and exchange costs are covered by us as part of our quality guarantee.
- If you wish to return one or more products due to your own actions, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. The package must be returned to us with tracking. In the event of a lost package without tracking, we will be unable to issue a refund.
Please note: Material certificates and custom-made parts cannot be returned or refunded… except in the case of an error on our part or a quality issue.
First of all, we sincerely apologize for this error.
You must report this error to us via our contact form , mentioning your order number and the incorrect product(s).
A solution will be found as soon as possible.
In the event of missing, damaged, or apparently non-conforming goods, you must make all necessary reservations on the delivery note upon receipt of said goods .
These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five (5) business days following delivery, by registered mail with return receipt requested.
Otherwise, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods without reservation.
You must provide all necessary evidence to substantiate the defects observed, as TITANIUM SERVICES reserves the right to conduct, directly or indirectly, any on-site inspections and verifications.
After submitting your request via our contact form, you will receive all the necessary information by email.
This will be accompanied by a return slip which you must include in the return package.
The easiest way is to contact us via the form on the " Contact Us "
By choosing the right subject, your message will reach the right person directly.
Don't waste any time, contact us as soon as possible!
- If you contact us before receiving the order shipment confirmation email, we can correct the destination address.
- If you contact us after receiving the shipping confirmation email, it will be difficult for us to change the address.
You will then need to contact the carrier with the tracking information. You are responsible in case of loss and will not be entitled to any refund, credit, or discount voucher.
If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Whether you wish to modify or cancel your order, this must be done (mandatory) via our contact form before receiving your order shipment confirmation email .
After that, we will be unable to do anything except process a partial or full return of your order (see section above).
Two types of out-of-stock products must be distinguished:
- Titanium products are available for pre-order (generally screws); a minimum order quantity is indicated on the product page. The manufacturing lead time is also indicated on the product page. Simply add the products to your cart.
- Titanium products are made to order ; these are generally products that we sell rather infrequently and that we prefer not to stock due to cost considerations. Please do not hesitate to contact us .
